District Sales Manager
Emerging growth company in the High Tech industry is looking for Territory Sales Managers in the Northeast. This position will be responsible for fulfilling all phases of a 3-6 month sales cycle selling to Fortune 500 companies.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in selling applications/software to executive-level decision makers, including lead generation and relationship building
  • Independent and self-motivated, as this position will work remotely out of his/her home office
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Availability to participate in sales presentations, conferences, tradeshows and other sales-oriented events

Senior Software Engineer - Java/Java EE
Baxter is seeking qualified candidates to join our development team as Senior Software Engineers. The primary responsibilities are: Design, develop, test, and document extensions to our enterprise web application. Test, repair, and enhance existing code. Work with other developers to make architecture and design decisions. Review work by other developers. Work with users and domain experts to gather requirements that improve the functionality and usability of our product. Review requirements and provide estimates. Diagnose production issues and provide corrective measures or workarounds.
    Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • B.S., Computer Science or equivalent
  • Expertise with J2EE
  • Willingness and ability to become a domain expert
  • Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills
  • Experience with agile development practices, continuous integration, short release cycles
  • Track record developing scalable, high-performance enterprise software applications
