Austin, TX. - Mar. 12, 2002 - Baxter Planning Systems, a fast growing
developer of supply chain planning services and applications that transform
service parts organizations into strategic assets, announced today that the
company promoted Bryan Scott to chief operating officer.
"Bryan Scott played a major part in Baxter Planning Systems doubling its customer
base and growing revenue by a record 100 percent last year," said Greg Baxter,
president and chief executive officer of Baxter Planning Systems. "Baxter is
on track to continue its extraordinary performance in providing comprehensive
services and applications that enable users of Prophet by Baxter(TM) to improve
customer responsiveness and increase profitability in the after-market, service,
repair, and spare parts industries."
Scott has been vice president of sales and marketing at Baxter since 2000.
As chief operating officer, Scott will develop increased market awareness for
Baxter and its core product, Prophet by Baxter. With almost twenty years of

said. "Because Prophet by Baxter is Web-based, it's easy to use, integrate, and
deploy across enterprises of any size, which truly transforms the service side
of a business into a strategic and profitable asset."
A native of Houston, Tex., Scott earned a bachelors degree in accounting from
the University of Houston. He is a leader in the service parts industry, with
