Baxter Planning Systems Expands Leadership

Baxter Planning Systems announced that Mark Anderson, a 24-year veteran of service
planning and logistics management, has been named vice president of supply chain
planning solutions. Anderson's extensive experience as a leader in the service
parts planning industry coupled with his 20 year working relationship with Greg
Baxter, founder and CEO, of Baxter Planning Systems made him the ideal choice
for Vice President at Baxter. The addition of Anderson to the Baxter team represents
another component to the strategic growth at Baxter over the past 10 years.
Anderson brings to Baxter the benefit of a stellar career in the service parts
planning industry at some of the worlds leading companies. Anderson began his
career at Texas Instruments where he quickly rose through the ranks of service
division to hold positions such as New Products Planning Manager, and Customer
Service Planning Manager. Anderson joined Hewlett Packard in 1992 as Global Support
Logistics Planning Manager where he implemented a worldwide inventory management
system for HP's support organization. He later joined Agilent Technologies as
the company's Support Planning Manager where he was appointed to head the Corporate
Strategic Supply Chain Development Program. Anderson remarked, "There are other
companies providing inventory management optimization for the service industry,
