Optimal Services Group Selects Baxter Planning Systems For Aftermarket Parts Planning

Long-Term Vision And Enhanced Client Benefits Key In Selection

Austin, Texas - June 6, 2005 - Baxter Planning Systems (www.bybaxter.com ), the premier provider of aftermarket parts planning solutions, today announced that Optimal Services Group, the rapidly expanding service division of Optimal Group, has selected the Baxter solution, Prophet By Baxter, to manage its global inventory of service parts. Optimal will implement Baxter globally to manage thousands of disparate parts. Baxter will be integrated with Optimal’s existing systems and be entirely functional by the end of the quarter.

Baxter’s leadership position was a key factor in the decision to select the company’s service parts management solution. The solution’s global capabilities and rapid ROI will enable Optimal to increase customer service and support levels.
