Fujitsu Chooses Baxter as Service Parts Planning Solution Provider

 

Austin, TX – July 24, 2017— Baxter Planning Systems (Baxter), the pioneer and recognized leader in inventory planning and optimization solutions for the service supply chain, today announced that Fujitsu Services Limited, a leading information and communication technology (ICT) company, has selected Prophet by Baxter to enhance the spares inventory planning support for the field engineering services they deliver to their customers. Fujitsu has signed a global agreement with Baxter.  Fujitsu is currently deploying Prophet to plan service parts inventory at their World Distribution Center in Germany, their National Distribution Center and forward stocking locations in France and their Australia and New Zealand Distribution Center and forward stocking locations. Fujitsu already uses Baxter Prophet in its North America operations and additional deployments are under review for later in 2017 and 2018.
