This agreement is a component of a major Verizon initiative to improve LTE coverage and prepare for the imminent deployment of 5G technology. The Verizon OSP Fiber team will use Baxter’s Distribution Center planning capabilities for the generation of forecasts and subsequent communication out to external vendors and partners. Verizon is one of many Fortune 100 companies that have chosen Baxter Planning Systems as their solution provider.
